Ovaj ugovor uređuje vaše pravo da koristite aplikaciju poruči.to.

Ovaj Licencni ugovor za krajnjeg korisnika („Ugovor“) sklapate sa kompanijom FANJOY LLC preuzimanjem ili korišćenjem aplikacije poruči.to („Aplikacija“). Aplikacija je besplatna demo verzija.

01 Dodela licence

FANJOY LLC vam daje ličnu, neisključivu, neprenosivu i opozivu licencu da koristite Aplikaciju na uređajima koje posedujete ili kontrolišete, u skladu sa pravilima prodavnice sa koje ste je preuzeli (App Store, Google Play) i ovim Ugovorom.

02 Ograničenja

Ne smete:

kopirati, menjati ili praviti izvedena dela od Aplikacije;
vršiti reverzni inženjering, dekompilaciju ili rastavljanje Aplikacije, osim u meri koju zakon izričito dozvoljava;
iznajmljivati, pozajmljivati, prodavati, distribuirati ili podlicencirati Aplikaciju;
uklanjati oznake vlasništva ili autorskih prava.

03 Vlasništvo

Aplikacija se licencira, ne prodaje. FANJOY LLC zadržava sva prava, vlasništvo i interes nad Aplikacijom, uključujući sva prava intelektualne svojine.

04 Bez garancija

Aplikacija se pruža „takva kakva jeste“ i „kako je dostupna“, bez garancija bilo koje vrste. Pošto je ovo besplatna demo verzija, ne dajemo obećanja o neprekidnom radu, tačnosti ili dostupnosti.

05 Prestanak

Ova licenca važi dok je ne prekinete vi ili FANJOY LLC. Prestaje automatski ako prekršite njene uslove. Po prestanku, dužni ste da prestanete da koristite Aplikaciju i da je uklonite sa svojih uređaja. Nalog možete obrisati u svakom trenutku iz Aplikacije.

06 Uslovi za Apple uređaje

Sledeće važi ako ste Aplikaciju preuzeli sa Apple App Store-a:

Ovaj Ugovor je sklopljen isključivo između vas i FANJOY LLC, a ne sa Apple-om. Apple nije odgovoran za Aplikaciju niti njen sadržaj.
Apple nema obavezu pružanja održavanja ili podrške za Aplikaciju.
U slučaju da Aplikacija ne odgovara važećoj garanciji, možete obavestiti Apple, koji vam može refundirati kupovnu cenu (ako je ima); u najvećoj meri dozvoljenoj zakonom, Apple nema drugih garancijskih obaveza u vezi sa Aplikacijom.
Apple nije odgovoran za rešavanje bilo kakvih pritužbi vas ili trećih lica u vezi sa Aplikacijom.
Apple i njegove podružnice su treći korisnici-beneficijari ovog Ugovora i imaju pravo da ga sprovode prema vama.

07 Merodavno pravo

Ovaj Ugovor podleže zakonima države Wyoming, SAD.

This agreement governs your right to use the poruči.to app.

You enter into this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") with FANJOY LLC by downloading or using the poruči.to app (the "App"). The App is a free demo version.

01 License grant

FANJOY LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the store you downloaded it from (App Store, Google Play) and this Agreement.

02 Restrictions

You may not:

copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
rent, lease, sell, distribute, or sublicense the App;
remove any proprietary or copyright notices.

03 Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. FANJOY LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.

04 No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. As this is a free demo version, we make no promises of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or availability.

05 Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or FANJOY LLC. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

06 Terms for Apple devices

The following applies if you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

This Agreement is concluded solely between you and FANJOY LLC, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

07 Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
