Poručivanje hrane ne bi trebalo da košta vašu privatnost. Uzimamo samo ono što je potrebno da vaša porudžbina stigne, i ništa više.

Ova politika objašnjava koje podatke aplikacija poruči.to prikuplja, zašto, kome su dostupni i kako da ih obrišete. Aplikaciju pruža FANJOY LLC.

01 Ko smo mi

Aplikaciju poruči.to pruža FANJOY LLC. Aplikacija služi za poručivanje hrane i rezervacije, a mi obrađujemo vaše podatke samo u meri koliko je potrebno da porudžbina stigne do vas.

Tehničku infrastrukturu (aplikaciju i bazu podataka) obezbeđuje FANJOY LLC. FANJOY ne koristi vaše podatke za sopstvene svrhe, samo omogućava da aplikacija radi.

02 Koje podatke prikupljamo

Prikupljamo samo ono što unesete ili što je neophodno da porudžbina funkcioniše:

Nalog: ime, broj telefona i imejl adresa. Telefon nam treba da vas pozovemo ako ne možemo da pronađemo adresu.
Adrese za dostavu: ulica, sprat, stan, napomena za kurira i lokacija (koordinate) adrese koju sami unesete.
Porudžbine i rezervacije: šta ste naručili, kada, način plaćanja i status.
Ocene: ocena i komentar koji ostavite na porudžbinu.
Bodovi lojalnosti: ako je program lojalnosti dostupan, čuvamo vaše bodove.
Obaveštenja: ako ih uključite, čuvamo tehnički identifikator vašeg uređaja (push token) da bismo vam poslali obaveštenje o statusu porudžbine.

Ne prikupljamo podatke o vašem kretanju, ne pratimo vas van aplikacije i ne koristimo alate za analitiku ni reklamiranje. Aplikacija ne sadrži reklame.

03 Zašto ih koristimo

Vaše podatke koristimo isključivo da:

primimo i isporučimo vašu porudžbinu ili potvrdimo rezervaciju;
vas kontaktiramo u vezi sa porudžbinom;
vam pošaljemo obaveštenja o statusu porudžbine (ako ste ih uključili);
vodimo istoriju vaših porudžbina i, ako postoji, bodove lojalnosti.

Ne koristimo vaše podatke ni za šta drugo.

04 Kome su dostupni

Vaše podatke koristimo isključivo za rad aplikacije i vidljivi su samo osoblju koje obrađuje vašu porudžbinu (kuhinja, dostava), onoliko koliko im je potrebno da je isporuče.

Ne prodajemo vaše podatke. Ne delimo ih sa trećim stranama, reklamnim mrežama ni brokerima podataka. Podaci se čuvaju na sigurnim serverima tehničkog provajdera isključivo radi rada aplikacije.

05 Obaveštenja (push)

Obaveštenja su potpuno opciona. Aplikacija vas nikada ne primorava da ih uključite i traži dozvolu tek kada vi to sami zatražite.

Možete ih uključiti ili isključiti u svakom trenutku, u podešavanjima profila u aplikaciji, ili u podešavanjima vašeg telefona.

06 Brisanje naloga

Nalog možete obrisati u svakom trenutku, direktno iz aplikacije: Pomoć → Nalog → Obriši nalog.

Kada obrišete nalog, trajno se brišu: vaše ime, telefon, imejl, sačuvane adrese, rezervacije i ocene. Istorija porudžbina ostaje sačuvana u anonimizovanom obliku (bez vašeg imena i kontakta) radi računovodstva, ali se više ne može povezati sa vama.

Ako ste se prijavili preko Apple naloga, pristup možete dodatno opozvati u Podešavanja → Apple ID → Prijava i bezbednost → poruči.to.

07 Vaša prava

U svakom trenutku imate pravo da:

vidite koje podatke čuvamo, dostupni su vam u aplikaciji (profil, adrese, istorija porudžbina);
ispravite ime, telefon ili adresu direktno u aplikaciji;
obrišete ceo nalog kao što je opisano gore.

08 Deca

Aplikacija nije namenjena deci mlađoj od 13 godina i ne prikupljamo svesno njihove podatke.

09 Izmene politike

Ako izmenimo ovu politiku, ažuriraćemo datum na vrhu strane. Značajne izmene biće vidljive u aplikaciji.

Ordering food shouldn't cost you your privacy. We collect only what's needed to get your order to you, and nothing more.

This policy explains what data the poruči.to app collects, why, who can see it, and how to delete it. The app is provided by FANJOY LLC.

01 Who we are

The poruči.to app is provided by FANJOY LLC. The app is used for food ordering and reservations, and we process your data only as far as needed to get your order to you.

The technical infrastructure (the app and database) is provided by FANJOY LLC. FANJOY does not use your data for its own purposes, it only makes the app work.

02 What we collect

We collect only what you enter or what the order genuinely needs to work:

Account: name, phone number, and email address. We need the phone so we can call you if we can't find the address.
Delivery addresses: street, floor, apartment, courier note, and the location (coordinates) of the address you enter.
Orders and reservations: what you ordered, when, payment method, and status.
Reviews: the rating and comment you leave on an order.
Loyalty points: if a loyalty program is available, we store your points.
Notifications: if you enable them, we store a technical identifier for your device (a push token) so we can notify you about your order status.

We do not collect location tracking data, we do not track you outside the app, and we use no analytics or advertising tools. The app contains no ads.

03 Why we use it

We use your data solely to:

receive and deliver your order, or confirm your reservation;
contact you about your order;
send you order-status notifications (if you enabled them);
keep your order history and, where offered, your loyalty points.

We do not use your data for anything else.

04 Who can see it

Your data is used solely to run the app and is visible only to the staff who handle your order (kitchen, delivery), only as much as they need to fulfil it.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties, ad networks, or data brokers. Data is stored on the technical provider's secure servers solely to run the app.

05 Notifications (push)

Notifications are entirely optional. The app never forces you to enable them and only asks for permission when you choose to.

You can turn them on or off at any time, in your profile settings in the app, or in your phone's settings.

06 Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, directly from the app: Help → Account → Delete account.

When you delete your account, the following is permanently erased: your name, phone, email, saved addresses, reservations, and reviews. Your order history is kept in anonymised form (without your name or contact) for accounting, but it can no longer be linked to you.

If you signed in with Apple, you can additionally revoke access in Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → poruči.to.

07 Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

see what data we hold, it's available to you in the app (profile, addresses, order history);
correct your name, phone, or address directly in the app;
delete your entire account as described above.

08 Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

09 Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be surfaced in the app.
